Shipping your package

Your jewelry is carefully packaged in its box and ready to be delivered.

Packages are generally shipped free of charge within approximately 2 working days after receipt of payment by card or bank transfer. They are prepared in plain packaging, without mention of their content and insured at the value of the jewel.

They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered against signature. Packages can also be shipped via FedEx or UPS on request and delivered against signature. Additional charges may apply if you choose this delivery method, please contact us first if you choose. Whatever delivery method you choose, we'll send you a link to track your package online.

For any order deliverable in France (DOM TOM included) and in the European Union, shipping costs via Colissimo are free. For any delivery abroad outside these countries, an estimate of the delivery costs will be submitted to you by our customer service, which you can contact at in order to find out the amount of the additional costs that will be invoiced to you. Preparation costs are always free, while transport costs vary depending on the country of delivery.

You also have the possibility to come and collect your jewel directly in our workshop located 22, rue des Martyrs, in Paris, by appointment, within the same timeframe as mentioned above. For this, please contact our customer service by phone at 07 70 07 0000 or by email at in order to agree on a withdrawal date.

Please note that for security reasons, your package will only be available on the date and time you confirm your appointment to collect at the workshop.


Returns are made at your expense within 15 days of receipt via Colissimo or by appointment at the workshop and we will refund or exchange your jewel within 7 working days if the latter is returned in its original packaging, has not suffered any damage and has not been worn. In particular, it must not have micro-scratches and for rings, the sealed tape must not have been removed.
